Description

California Red Worm Breeding:

Breeding nucleus of 4 kilos of Californian red worm. They are served in their own bed for transport. They arrive in perfect condition. The high population density in our nuclei is due to the fact that we make a selective collection, looking for the most populated areas of worms within our own beds.

Content: Approximately 1000 worms between adults, babies and cocones.

Attention: The brood nucleus bears numerous broods and cocones. Do not detach from the substrate as you would be losing a large number of worms. Install the core in your vermicomposter and provide some moisture and food. Soon you will start to see a lot of worms!

*The core may give off an odor since it comes with enough food for 15 days. 

Transforms organic waste into fertilizer (worm humus). In the orchard they help to maintain the fertility and aeration of the soil without damaging the roots.
